We are starting to get some photos in. We don't actually have any up ourselves, but some of our more computer-savvy friends and family are starting to post photos. We have started a new section for photos. Right now it isn't much but it will grow soon as we start to receive more and more photos. The wedding was this past weekend! It went very well. We had a great time and everybody else seemed to have fun. We will post some photos as soon as we can.

Only two weeks! Everything is falling into place and we're getting very excited about the wedding! We have been picking out music and going over readings with our siblings and Malcolm (who will be officiating the wedding). Our first dance will be to John Lennon's Love So far it seems like everyone has been able to find accomodations in Laguna Beach.

Only 3 weeks to go! It sure is coming up quickly and we are very excited. Make sure to make your hotel reservations soon because the hotels in Laguna Beach are filling up. Plans for the wedding have been moving along smoothly. We have picked a Hawaiin buffet as meal for our reception. We also sent out invitations at the beginning of the week so they should be arriving shortly. We also just put up a Guestbook and we would love to hear from any visitors

We have been very busy with wedding planning the past few weeks. We met with a couple of florists last weekend and we are meeting with another tomorrow. We are also checking out a dog boarding place for Doby and Laila. The most exciting recent news is that we have a band for the wedding. Steel Parade is a Los Angeles based steel drum band. They are very fun and festive. Check out their web site to hear some of their music.

We also reserved a block of rooms at The Best Western Laguna Brisas Spa Hotel across the street from the Surf & Sand. It is a nice hotel with a heated pool and jacuzzi tubs in the rooms. Learn more

We recently send out Save the Date cards and we hope you've all marked October 9th on your calendars. We've had some questions already about accomodations and you can find more information in our location section.

We have decided to go with a great photographer in the area. He is a friend of a friend and primarily shoots fine art photography. You can check out his bio at Silver and Light

We've signed the Surf and Sand Resort contract and sent them our deposit. It's on! We will be creating and sending out save the date cards very soon.

We've also found a photographer that will be covering the wedding. He is a friend of a friend and a very talented fine art photographer. We will post more information once everything is all set.

The Surf and Sand Resort will be sending out a contract today. Once we sign it and send a deposit then we have the place for sure. Then we'll be able to send out save the date cards.

We were thrown a wonderful engagement party (see the photos) by Seth’s parents, Bruce & Missy in Jamestown, RI.
